TxCivil Inc was founded by William Edwards, P.E. Mr. Edwards has been providing land development services for North Texas and its counties since graduating Texas Tech University in year 1998. Mr. Edwards secured a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering specializing in Water Resources.

TxCivil Inc is a versatile civil engineering firm with a strong focus on land development, water/sewer design, and FEMA stormwater management projects.
